I am Dean, a Masters qualified Counsellor, Certified Coach, and Director of Personal Edge.

Over the past 36 years, I have supported thousands of people across healthcare, education, and personal development. With more than 14,000 hours of one to one coaching and counselling, I help individuals navigate life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, and step confidently into the next stage of their lives.

I hold a Masters degree in Counselling and am a Certified Coach, with extensive experience delivering both in person and online coaching and training.
